Thinking and Analysis on the Development of Affordable Housing in China——Taking Chongqing Region for Example

文章采用经济学中的供求关系理论以及三方博弈模型分析了经适房发展中存在的问题,并在整合重庆市政府近年来对经适房的改革政策前提下,提出了一些补充建议,对完善保障性住房政策具有一定的现实意义。

The paper analyzes the existing problems in the development of affordable housing by taking sup-ply and demand relations theory as well as the tripartite game model of economics, puts forward a number of additional recommendations under the premise of the integration to the reform policy of affordable housing in the Chougqing municipal government in recent years, and has certain practical significance to improve af-fordable housing policy.
