摘要
辅导员是高校教师队伍和管理队伍的重要组成成分,是高校执行力建设的重要力量。本文仅以南京审计学院为例,论述了辅导员工作的研究与开发是促进执行力建设最根本、最现实、也是最有效的方法和途径。
The supervisor in higher education is an important component of the university staff and the ad-ministrative team, and is also an important force in building college executive ability. Taking Nanjing Audit University as an example, this article discusses the research and development of the supervisor work which is proved to be the most fundamental, the most realistic, the most effective way and means to promote the implementation of building executive ability in higher education.
