以创先争优为契机 加强高职院校学生党建工作创新——以四川工程职业技术学院艺术系党总支学生党建工作为例

本文以四川工程职业技术学院艺术系党总支在创先争优活动中，学生党建工作的探索和实践为例，主要就高职院校学生党建工作的“强基础，深内涵，扎实学生党建工作根基、重载体，树品牌，彰显学生党建工作特色、务长效，建机制，提高学生党建工作实效”等创新问题进行了探讨性研究，以期为高职院校制定基层党建工作的政策、法规提供一些现实依据，为同类院校有效实施学生党建工作提供参考。

Taking the Party Construction in the students of the Department of Art at Sichuan Engineering Technical College as an example, this paper carries out some research into several problems existing at vocational colleges, in order to provide some actual basis for the policies, regulations and rules of the Party construction at vocational colleges in the places of the basic units, and provide some reference for the effective enforcement of the Party construction at the similar colleges.
