将“研究性学习”理念引入学生预备党员培养初探

A Primary Probe into the Training of the College Students Probationary Party Members by Using the Idea of“Research Study”

当前，高校学生党员质量问题引起广泛关注。本文针对当前高职院校预备党员培养中理论教育流于表面、入党动机不端正、重发展、轻培养等问题，介绍了将“研究性学习”理念融入预备党员培养过程中的具体做法以及今后的打算。

Nowadays,the quality of the Party members in universities and colleges has aroused wide public concern. Aiming at such problems as hollow theoretical education, incorrect motives to join the Party, stress on development and ignorance of training, and so on, this paper intends to integrate the idea of ＂research study＂ into the concrete methods of training process of the probationary Party members of the students in universities and colleges.
