摘要
“大学生就业”是一个全球性的问题,事关国家的稳定、社会的进步以及高校的发展。在对一些高校进行调研的基础上,我们认为,伴随着我国劳动力市场供求关系的显著变化,使得大学生在求职过程中遭遇了一些不公正的对待,这既有社会大环境的原因,用人单位的原因,又有高校和大学生自身的原因。因此,只有从社会、高校以及大学生自身入手,进行体制改革和制度完善,才能为大学生提供一个公正的就业机会。
"The employment of college students" is a global issue, which concerns our national stability, social progress and the development of colleges and universities. Along with the significant changes of the relation between China's labor market supply and demand, college students suffer a lot of unfair treatment in the job search process, which is caused from the social environment, the employers, universities and college students themselves. Therefore, it is possible to provide fair employment opportunities for college students only by starting with the society, universities and the students themselves and carrying on structural reform and system improvement.
