国外在职业生涯辅导方面已有近百年的发展历史，生涯的概念随着时间的推移发生过很多变化，本文从职业生涯的概念、国外职业生涯辅导的发展及其主要理论、国内职业生涯辅导的发展的角度进行阐述，并为我国职业发展提出一点建议，希望能够促进我国职业生涯辅导的发展。

It has been nearly a hundred years to develop the career counseling in abroad, and the concept of career has changed a lot before. This paper mainly describes the concept of career, foreign career counseling development and its main theory, the domestic career counseling development, and puts forward some suggestions for career counseling development in China, hoping to promote the development of our career counseling.
