摘要
本文介绍了控制棒驱动机构移动衔铁缓冲轴的结构特点和精度要求,分析了缓冲轴外圆薄壁螺纹加工、ФC销孔钻孔加工、销孔镀铬后的珩磨加工等主要工艺难点并提出了相应解决措施,探索和总结出了一套套筒类工件机械加工工艺方法.达到了移动衔铁缓冲轴加工要求。
This paper introduces the features of the structure and the precision requirements of the moving armature buffer shaft, analyzes the major difficulties of the cylindrical thin thread processing of the buffer shaft , the processing of the pin hole drilling, the honing after the chromium plating of the pin hole and so on, and puts forward the respective solutions, probes and summarizes a method of the processing technique of the cylinder workpiece machining in order to meet the demand of the moving armature buffer shaft.
