本文从教学角度出发，思考如何在建筑工程项目管理课程中进行全面质量管理思想的教学，以促进建筑工程专业学生对该思想的探索，进而在3--程实践中逐步摸索其应用途径。

From the perspective of teaching, this article makes an introduction on how to teach the total quality management theory in the course Constructional Engineering Project Management. It can help the students of this major to explore the TQM theory and find out the ways of how to use the TQM theory during their engineering practice.
