摘要
简单介绍了CVT结构、工作原理、常见故障及目前主要在线监测手段,重点分析了CVT常见故障将引起电压测量值的明显变化,归纳出以电网实时监控系统中电压测量值的变化率为判据进行故障在线监测的新方法,并通过故障案例论证了该方法对于完善CVT在线监测技术的重要意义。
This paper introduces the structure and the operating principle of the CVT and common failures on it and some on-line monitoring methods currently being used. Focus of the analysis is on the apparent changes of the measured voltage caused by common CVT failures. A new method based on the change rate of the measured voltage on the real-time monitoring system is proposed to detect the fault of the CVT. Through a typical failure case, the author demonstrates that the method as proposed is useful to the online monitoring for the CVT.
