摘要 篮球运动员协调能力直接影响比赛中运动员的技战发挥,采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等多种研究方法,对提高篮球运动员身体协调能力的训练方法及训练要求进行深入分析,得出训练方法主要有:强化身体力量训练法、发展肌肉内部协调性的练习方法、发展肌肉间协调的练习方法、篮球专项身体协调能力的训练方法。对克服不合理的肌紧张,提出了经常性的变换练习手段和方法,训练时要在持球的情况下完成技术动作与篮球战术训练紧密结合的要求。 Coordination of basketball players will have a direct impact on the athlete's skills .It is adopted that the methods of literature view, logic analysis and other research methods in this paper. This paper analyses training methods about how to improve physical coordinate ability. It is concluded that training methods are: strengthening the physical strength training, the practicing methods of coordination development in muscle, the practicing methods of coordination development between muscles and basketball special physical ability training methods. The main training requirement are: overcoming unreasonable muscle tension, recurrent transformation methods of practice, complete technical movements in case of holding basketball and combination of basketball tactical training.
