摘要
大规模风电并网可能会对电网安全稳定造成不利影响。结合云南自身特点,从电网潮流分布以及电网调峰两个重要方面分析风电并网造成的影响,认为大规模风电并网有助于改善枯期电网的潮流分布,但风电的间歇性和随机性特点会对影响电网频率稳定,需要预留旋转备用容量。
The large-scale wind power integrating into main power grid may cause unfavourable impact to the grid security and stability. Based on the characteristics of Yunnan Power Grid, this paper analyzes the impact in terms of power flow distribution and power load peaking regulation, concluding that the integrated wind power can improve the power flow distribution during the drought period, whereas its random and intermittence may affect the system frequency stability so that a spinning reserve capacity is required.
