摘要 节能发电调度经济补偿是节能发电调度顺利实施的重要前提条件之一。提出一种自适应的节能发电调度经济补偿办法,根据机组负荷率的差异,对节能发电调度中机组少发电量和启停成本进行补偿。该方法物理意义清晰,具有随电力供应的变化自动调整经济补偿力度的特点。算例分析验证了该方法的有效性。 Economic compensation is one of the essential policies for realizing energy-saving power generation and dispatching (ESGD). This paper proposed a self-adaptive economic compensation approach that does compensation to the loss from the power quantity reduced by the dispatching and the cost of unit starting-up and shutting-down according to the load rate difference among generation units. The approach is physically clear and characterized in the way that the compensation effort can be automatically adjusted according to the power supply. Example calculations test and verify the proposed approach.
