This paper is concerned with almost automorphic and weighted pseudo almost automorphic functions, which are more general and complicated than almost periodic functions and pseudo almost periodic functions. And we prove some existence results for almost automorphic（weighted pseudo almost automorphic） mild solution to a class of semilinear differential equations in Banach space.
