摘要
乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯聚合物(EVA)胶是光伏组件应用最普遍的封装材料。EVA胶在户外长期使用过程中会产生老化,大大降低光伏组件的光电转换效率和使用寿命。着重介绍了EVA胶的光热降解老化、光氧降解老化和湿热水解老化的机理,并论述了EVA的改性方法,包括添加紫外光稳定剂、光频转换材料、高热导率材料等方法,同时指出了EVA胶的未来发展方向。
Ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) is the dominant encapsulant used in photovoltaic modules. EVA encapsulant will degrade when being exposed to the sun, high temperature and moisture, which will drastically reduce the lifetime and efficiency of photovoltaic modules. This paper emphasized on the degradation mechanisms of EVA, such as photothermal degradation, photooxidative degradation, hydrothermal degradation. And some modification methods of EVA encapsulant, adding UV light stabilizers, optical frequency conversion materials and high thermal conductivity materials, were introduced. Besides, the developing trend of EVA encapsulant was forecasted.
