摘要
目的:通过对宜春市近郊4个蔬菜种植区中部分蔬菜中的锌、铅、镍测定,了解当地居民食用蔬菜中金属含量,进而了解蔬菜污染情况,为评价蔬菜质量提供依据。方法:采用干灰消解-火焰原子吸收技术测量样品重金属含量,通过内梅罗指数法评价宜春市综合污染程度。结果:蔬菜中铅的含量超标,大部分蔬菜中含铅量污染水平达到中度污染,而锌和镍污染水平为尚清洁,宜春市蔬菜重金属综合污染等级为轻污染。
Purpose: Through determining the heavy metal Pb, Zn and Ni in four main vegetable producing areas in the Yichun City, it is supposed to know by metal concentration of the local edible vegetable, and be polluted. Method: Samples was determined by using the dry digestion - Flame atomic absorption technique, the data evaluated comprehensive pollution degree of Yichun city by Nemerow index method. Conclusion: The concentrations of the lead in vegetables exceed the standard, the lead pollution reached the level of moderately pollution, the level of zinc and nickel was still under the standard. On the while, heavy metal levels in vegetable of Yichun city pollution belong to lighter pollution.
