Implementation Path of Preschool Education Fair of City Floating Population's Children

随着我国城市化进程加快,大量流动人口子女在城市接受学前教育已成为一个亟待解决的难题,实现城市流动人口子女学前教育公平成为全面建设小康社会的一项重大民生工程。改善流动人口子女学前教育的现状,需要从政府责任、立法赋权、弱势补偿和规范建设等方面建立起促进学前教育公平的综合保障机制。

Along with the acceleration of our metropolis process, it has become an urgent problem that a large number of floating population＇s children need to receive preschool education in the city. It has become a major livelihood project to realize the preschool education fair of city floating population＇s children. To improve the preschool education condition of floating population＇s children, it is required to establish the comprehensive security mechanisms to promote the preschool education fair from the government responsibility, legislative empowerment, disadvantage compensation and systematic construction.
