摘要
自主发展是幼儿教师专业成长的重要途径。校际联动能够整合资源优势,通过"专家引领,解疑答惑"、"案例反思,主题探究"、"现场观摩,联合会诊"、"课例引领,重点突破"、"传帮接带,同伴结对"等自主发展活动,深化幼儿教师专业成长的内涵,丰富幼儿教师专业成长的方法,拓展幼儿教师专业成长的时空,提高教研活动的有效性,促进幼儿教师专业能力的均衡发展。
Independent development is the important way of preschool teachers' professional growth. This paper shows some effective ways such as sharing advantagous resource, and utilizing several inde- pendent development activities to enrich the methods and expand the space-time of preschool teachers'professional growth. Consequently, the effectiveness of teaching-researching activities can be improved, and balanced development of teachers' professional ability can be enhanced.
