摘要
在局部干法水下焊接中,排水装置内部的温度、湿度和压力数值及其变化表征着排水过程稳定性和排水效果,对水下焊接稳定性和焊接质量的影响很大。基于Labview8.2和DAQmx8.3软件平台,采用数据采集卡、接线盒和传感检测器件,通过程序设计搭建了气室式局部干法水下焊接数据采集系统,实现了温度、湿度和压力的多数据同步采集和实时显示,经实际排水实验,证明了系统的可靠性。
With the method of local dry underwater welding,the values and the changes of temperature, humidity and pressure in the chamber have great effects on the stableness of the welding and quality of the result,which also indicates the stability of the process and the result of the drainage experiment.Based on Labview 8.2 and DAQmx 8.3,the software of National In struments Corporation,using data acquisition card,connector block and sensors,the dataacquisition system is designed.It can be used for multi-data synchronous acquisition and real-time data display of temperature,humidity and pressure.The dependability of the system is verified by drainage experiments.
