摘要
应用CFD方法对离心压缩机气动性能进行数值计算,分别采用中心差分格式和迎风格式的空间离散格式计算了总的性能参数。分析2种格式对计算离心压缩机气动性能的影响,以便选取合适的空间离散格式,使计算值更加接近实际值。通过数据对比,在设计点附近的计算点上,使用中心格式和离散格式,两者之间的计算结果都差别不大。在小流量点计算时,使用迎风格式更容易让CFD计算收敛;在大流量点计算时,使用中心格式更容易让CFD计算收敛。
The paper computed the fluid dynamics and performance of centrifuge fan with CFD method,in which central scheme(default) and upwind scheme were available.Two types of spatial discretization influenced the result of performance calculation differently,which were helpful to make the CFD computation of centrifuge fan more accurate.Through the comparison of the data,the difference of the results between central format and discrete format was small at the calculated point near the design point.At small flow CFD calculation converged more easily than central scheme by using upwind point,and at big flow point the case was in converse.
