摘要
本文根据船舶重力式下水的相关特点,对气囊下水阶段的受力状态进行分析;在此基础上,针对气囊的受压变形量和摩擦力进行研究,分别采用截面积等效法和能量法推导气囊工作高度的计算公式,并与实验值进行比较分析;针对气囊下水所需气囊个数进行推导和计算,采用优化方法中的理想点法对气囊的布置方案进行优化分析;以期对船舶与海洋结构物气囊下水方案的确定提供理论参考依据。
According to relevant characteristics of gravity launching, the stress condition of gasbags during the launching phase is analyzed in this paper. On that basis, the compression deformation and friction of gasbags is studied. The calculation formulas of gasbags working height are derived by the cross-sectional area equivalent method and energy method separately, and the result of which is compared with trial value. The number of gasbags during the launching phase is derived and calculated, and the layout plan of gasbags is optimized and analyzed by the ideal-point optimization method. The conclusion of this paper can provide a theoretical reference for the plan determination of gasbags launching of ships and marine engineerings.
