文氏管脱氧方法处理船舶压载水的分析

Analysis on Venturi Oxygen Stripping of Ship's Ballast Water

论文介绍了《2004年国际船舶压载水和沉积物控制和管理公约》中规定的压栽水管理标准,以及各类压载水管理方法的优缺点。并以一种Venturi脱氧方法为实例,分析了该方法的结构、工作原理、工作流程和其在实船运用中的特点。结果表明经过该方法处理后的海水满足公约规定的压栽水排放标准,而且节能环保、使用方便。

The paper describes the standards for ballast water management stated in In- ternational Convention for the Control and Management of Ships＇ Ballast Water and Sediments （Convention）, 2004, and the advantage ＆ shortcoming for all kinds of methods for ballast water management; then analyses the structure, principle, procedure and characteristic of the method for the Venturi oxygen stripping which used on board, finally shows the sea water treated by Venturi oxygen stripping satisfies the discharge standards for ballast water stated in the Convention, and this method is power-saving, non-pollution and convenience of use.
