721型分光光度计的改进及应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 721型分光光度计是定性定量分析最常用的仪器之一,但是其研究对象局限于液体样品。为了拓展其研究对象范围、提高其市场竞争力,以光纤代替传统的吸收池,对721型分光光度计的光路进行了改进;对改进后仪器的参数进行了优化后,将其用于纸张、蜜桔等固体样品的分析。实验结果表明,改进后的721型分光光度计性能稳定,可对纸张、蜜桔等固体表面进行分析,拓展了分光光度计的应用范围。此外,利用改进后的仪器对南丰蜜桔进行分析时发现,不同等级南丰蜜桔的消光信号表现出显著的差异,表明该仪器有望用于非侵入式、现场、快速蜜桔等级区分,并为其他蔬果的无损、现场和快速分级提供新思路和新方法。 721 spectrophotometer is one of the most common analytical instruments that applied in qualitative andquantitative analysis.However,its application is limited to liquid samples.With the purpose of extending its research areasand improving its market competitive ability,the absorption cell of 721 spectrophotometer was improved by an opticalfiber.After the optimization of the performances of the improved 721 spectrophotometer,it was used to analyze solidsamples like oranges and papers.The results showed that the improved 721 spectrophotometer has a stable performanceand can be used to analyze solid samples,such as fruit and paper.What is more,different grades Nanfeng oranges presentdistinct extinction intensities obtained by the improved 721 spectrophotometer,which show great promise in on-site,non-destruction,field analysis of Nanfeng orange with the improved 721 spectrophotometer.
