摘要
文章提出了一套新型的智能电子设备通信报文调试方案:在不影响变电站站控层网络控制系统主站与运行间隔智能电子设备之间正常通信的前提下,基于IEC60870-103规约和IEC61850标准开发了一套通信报文调试系统,该系统能够完全模拟智能电子设备在开入量状态变位、自检异常以及跳闸动作情况下与站控层控制系统之间的无缝链接,使得高效并且准确地进行智能电子设备通信报文传输的调试工作得以实现。现场应用结果表明了该方案的正确性、可行性和安全性。
This paper proposes a novel scheme for IEDs communication message debugging. Without disturbing the normal communication among control system of the station-control layer and IEDs, it develops a set of message-checking system based on IEC60870-103 protocol and IEC61850 standard, which can link with station-control system well and simulate IED's any transmission message, such as switch value, self-checking alarm and tripping information, the accurate and efficient commission of IEDs communication message transmission is implemented very well. The experimental results prove that the scheme is correct, feasible and secure
