摘要
针对某牵引车车架横梁断裂的问题,运用CAE软件Altair HyperMesh建立了某牵引车车架的有限元模型,并对其进行了静强度分析,得到车架横梁的应力云图及相关数据。为了增强横梁的强度,提出DOE的方法并使用Altair OptiStruct分析软件对车架横梁进行优化,得到最优的试验方案。优化结果表明优化方案相比初始设计方案明显降低了车架横梁处的应力,增强了车架横梁的强度,为车架设计与改进提供了设计依据。
Aimed at the problem of fracture on a tractor's crossbeam, the tractor's flame finite element was established by CAE software Altair Hyper Mesh, and the simulation of frame static strength was analyzed. The stress cloud data and other related data for crossbeam of flame was carried on. In order to enhance the strength of crossbeam, it put forward the method of DOE and used Altair OptiStruct to optimize the crossbeam of the flame, and obtained the optimal test scheme. The optimization results show that the optimization plan significantly lowered the stress of the flame's crossbeam as compared to the initial design scheme, and enhanced the strength of the frame's crossbeams, providing reference for the design and improvement of frame
