摘要
运用HyperMesh软件建立了白车身的有限元模型,从模态分析、静态扭转刚度和静态弯曲刚度三个方面考察其NVH特性;根据试验设计的方法,对白车身轻量化进行极差分析、方差分析和显著性分析,获得最优的试验方案。结果表明,与原有设计方案相比,优化方案降低了白车身重量,提高了白车身的刚度和一阶扭转频率,这为白车身轻量化提供了借鉴。
Use the HyperMesh software to establish the finite element model of vehicle BIW, and investigate the NVH characteristics from the modal analysis, the static torsional stiffness and the static bending rigidity The DOE method was used to study lightweight by range analysis, variance analysis and significance analysis, in order to get the most optimal experiment scheme. The results show that the weight of the BIW had been reduced, its stiffness had been improved, as well as the first-order torsional frequency.
