摘要 文章系统介绍人为温室气体排放量的估算原理和常用方程式,强调能源相关二氧化碳排放量估算的准确性,对企业温室气体排放量估算的准确性影响很大,需要重点关注、优先开展;深入解析清单计算器的主要功能和优化方向,指出清单的精髓在于"被认可、能交易、具有公信力",必须实现报告格式的标准化、数据图表的可比化、核查验证的便利化。 This paper systematically introduces the basic theory and basis equation of estimating synthetic greenhouse gas emission, and emphasizes the fact that the accuracy of energy related carbon emission has a great impact on the accuracy of enterprise carbon accounting, which should be paid great attention and given top-priority. After scrutinizing the main functions and optimization direction of carbon calculators, the authors point out that the essential features of GHG inventory include acceptability, tradability and credibility. In order to obtain these features, we need to have the report system standardized, the form data comparative, and the inspection and verification facilitated.
