摘要
介绍了柏泉超贫磁铁矿矿石性质及现有工艺流程中存在的问题。为降低选矿加工成本,提高铁精粉产量,加强磷矿石资源的综合利用,提出了"铁磷并重,综合回收利用"的选别工艺原则。通过选矿试验以及新旧选别工艺技术经济指标的对比分析,确定了选铁、选磷的工艺流程方案,并进行了流程设计。
It is introduced the ore properties of ultra lean magnetite of Boquan Mine as well as the problems in its present dressing process. The dressing principle of ＂ Laying equal stress on iron and phosphorous, compre- hensively recovering and utilizing＂ is proposed to reduce the cost of dressing and working, increase the out- put of iron powder and improve the comprehensive utilization of ferro - phosphorus ore. Based on dressing test and comparison and analysis of technical and economic indexes of new and old dressing processes, it is determined the process flows to dress iron and phosphorous and done the flow design.
