摘要
结合近几年承钢公司熔滴试验情况,梳理出了熔滴试验指标的合理范围。分析了熔滴试验指标与钒钛烧结矿各项指标的关系,总特性值与熔滴试验最大压差、压差陡升温度、最大压差温度、滴落温度、熔融区间的关系等,推荐使用最大压差和总特性值判定熔滴性能,高炉可接受的钒钛烧结矿熔滴总特性值为小于400 kPa℃。
Based on the situation of droplet tests in the last several years in Cheng Steel, it is summarized the reasonable range of droplet test indexes. It is analyzed the relation between it and the various indexes of vana- dium -titanium bearing sinter: relation between total characteristics value and largest differential pressure of droplet test, steep rising temperature of differential pressure, largest differential pressure temperature, droplet temperature, smelting region of droplet test and etc. , recommended to use largest differential pressure and to- tal characteristics value to judge the performance of droplet. The total characteristics value of droplet of vana- dium -titanium bearing sinter, which can be accepted by blast furnace, would be smaller than 400 kPa℃.
