介绍了热轧带钢氧化铁皮的分类、形成机理及组成,分析了氧化铁皮生成的影响因素及控制措施。阐述了国内外热轧带钢氧化铁皮控制技术的最新研究成果和应用情况,提出氧化铁皮控制技术是未来钢铁行业提高带钢表面质量的一个重要对策。
It introduced the type, forming mechanism and composition of scale in hot - rolling steel strip, an- alyzed the affecting factors on its formation and also its control measures. It is stated the newest research achievements and application situation in control of scale at home and abroad, proposed the technique would be an important policy to improve the surface quality of steel strip in future.
