摘要
针对邯钢焦化厂75 t/h干熄焦工程投产后,暴露出的焦炭烧损率高、提升机下降过程中待机位不停、循环风机变频器故障、干熄焦焦罐衬板脱落等问题分析了原因制定了改进措施。实施后,干熄焦系统运行安全、可靠、稳定,故障率明显降低,干熄焦率由80%提高到90%以上。
It is analyzed the reason and made up the improving measures against to the problems occurred in the production of 75 t/h coke dry quenching project after it being put into production ： too high rate of burning loss of coke, lifting machine not stopping at standby location when going down, breakdown of frequency transformer of circulating blower, falling off of liner of coke tank and etc. After that the system operates safely, reliably and steadily, the rate of breakdown obviously lowered the rate of dry quenching increases from 80% to over 90%.
