摘要
讨论了应用PDA-7000光谱仪分析炼钢生铁中硫含量的分析条件和影响结果准确性的因素,确定了最佳分析条件。通过与碳硫仪分析数据的比对,确认PDA-7000光电直读光谱仪分析结果准确,满足了炼钢厂入炉铁水快速准确分析的要求。
It is discussed the conditions for analysis of sulfur content in pig iron with PDA - 7000 photoelec- tric direct - reading spectrograph as well as the reason to affect the accuracy of result, determined the best analysis conditions. Compared with the data got by carbon - sulfur analyzer, the instrument is considered as accurate, and can meet the demand of the steelworks for fast and accurate analysis of into - furnace hot metal.
