摘要
随着高校扩招及就业形势的日趋严峻,加强大学生就业指导类课程的建设、强化大学生就业指导教育成为了提升学生就业能力、解决大学生“就业难”问题的重要措施。许多高职高专院校都开设了职业生涯规划课程,并不断加强和深化课程体系的建设,从而更好地配合高职高专院校的就业指导工作。本文以中物院工学院开设的《大学生职业生涯规划》课程为例,通过实证方法对课程进行需求分析,以期进一步建立和完善大学生职业生涯规划课程和指导体系,为就业指导工作提供参考。
With the college enrollment and the increasingly grim employment situation, strengthening the construction of the college students' career guidance courses becomes an important way to enhance the students' employability and to resolve difficulties of college students' employment. Many vocational schools opened the career planning course and continued to improve the curriculum system, in order to match the employment guidance of the students. This paper analyzes the curriculum requirements through empirical methods of the Students' Career Planning course in CAEP Institute of Technology, so as to establish the career planning guidance system and provide a reference for employment guidance.
