梯形螺纹加工方法的探索

Study of the trapezoidal thread machining methods

本文主要针对学生这一初学群体在梯形螺纹加工过程中运用传统加工方法（粗加工）——斜进法及本人结合生产实际及学生特点教授的另一种加工方法：（粗加工）——左右切削法加斜进法进行比较。学生反映该方法简便易掌握。从而解决了教学中梯形螺纹这一较难的课题。

The article analyzes of two processing methods in the course of working of the trapezoidal thread, inclined cutting and left-right cutting. Comparing the two processing methods, the students reflect the left-right cutting is easer, which solved the difficult teaching problem of the trapezoidal thread machining.
