ACC模型系统在九钢中厚板厂的应用与优化

摘要 针对钢板轧后加速控制冷却过程中产生的钢板质量问题,通过跟踪钢板实际冷却效果,提出了ACC模型控制参数优化措施,对优化前、后的钢板终冷温度命中率和纵向温度同板差进行了分析,结果表明优化后的ACC模型系统具有良好的控制精度,为新品种钢研发创造了有利条件。 In order to resolve the quality problem of steel plate in the process of controlled cooling after roiling, measures to optimize the control parameters of ACC model have been raised by tracking the actual cooling result of steel plate. The hit ratio of finish cooling temperature and in - plate temperature deviation along the length of steel plate be- fore and after optimization have been analyzed. The results show that the ACC model system has good control accuracy after optimization, which creates favorable conditions for new steel grade development.
