摘要
氧化烧损是金属热加工中影响技术经济指标的重要因素之一。在加热炉加热过程中,板坯的氧化烧损会造成一定的经济损失,同时氧化铁皮还会降低成品表面质量,导热系数小使板坯加热时间变长,降低热效率,增加清除氧化铁皮的工作量等。通过分析、讨论板坯氧化烧损的影响因素,提出了有效的技术措施,减少板坯氧化烧损,创造了良好的经济效益。
Burning loss is a key factor influencing the technical and economic indicators inhot working of metals. The steel burning loss during heating in reheating furnace will result in certain economic loss ,lowering the surface qual- ity of finish product, prolonging the steel heating time and reducing the thermal efficiency due to the low heat conduc- tivity coefficient of oxidized scales, increasing the work load of oxidized scale removal. The paper puts forward various effective technical measures, which reduces the burning loss of slabs, achieves good economic benefits by analyzing and discussing many factors influencing the burning loss of slabs.
