Delphi method applied to the design of the curriculum standards, expert opinions and judgments of multi- round collection of different levels, to ensure the validity of the design of the curriculum standards. Starting from the characteristics of the Delphi method, this paper analyzes Delphi method characteristics of the application in thedesign of curriculum standards, describes the application steps and notes several issues.
