中国高校“商务谈判”课程教学现状调查与分析 被引量:3

摘要 通过调查问卷的形式对国内高校"商务谈判"课程教学情况进行广泛调研,结果显示:教师在从事"商务谈判"课程教学时虽然面临诸多困难,但是从教意愿强;"商务谈判"课程在高校普遍开设,但精品课程少;"商务谈判"课程建设中,教材、师资队伍、教学方法、软件、设施、大赛、网站等方面薄弱,学校重视程度有待提高;从事"商务谈判"教学的高校教师缺乏一个全国性的交流平台。建议"商务谈判"课程建设加强教师的培训和培养,实现课程内容横向与纵向拓展,重视通过商务谈判大赛来促进实践教学,加强学术研究,建立全国性学术组织。 By means of questionnaires, this paper studies the current situation of teaching the course of "Business Negotiation" in colleges and universities of China. The results show that teachers engaged in business negotiationcourse teaching with many difficulties; the course generally opened in colleges and universities, but the number of elaborate courses is not much; the course is weak with teachers team, teaching method, teaching material, soft-ware, infrastructure, contest, websites, so those situation needs to be improved; teachers is lack of a national exchange platform in colleges and universities. The study results suggested strengthening teacher training, arrangingbusiness negotiation competition to promote the practice teaching, and that the content of business negotiation course should be horizontal and vertical development, national academic organization is to be established tostrengthen academic research.
