基于因子分析的国防生职业承诺及其择业心理研究

摘要 高校作为国防生军人职业生涯的起点,研究其择业心理,从而制定出适合国防生特点的军事教育模式,是确保国防生在大学阶段做好充分的职业预备和职业适应的有效前题。本文构建国防生职业承诺问卷,基于因子分析运用SPSS统计软件,对国防生择业心理进行了实证分析及深入剖析,得出国防生职业承诺中社会规范因素、自我发展因素、风险规避因素存在着显著差异,其中自我发展因素是影响国防生满意度的最强因子,进而针对这些差异性提出了相应的建议。 University as the starting point of the first occupational stage for the national defense students (NDS), research on their career psychology is to establish the military education mode that is suit for the characteristics of the national defense students, which can guarantee the occupational preparation and occupational adjustment of the national defense student. This paper designs the NDS's self-- designed questionnaires about the career commitment. Then, the occupational psychology of NDS is researched empirically and analyzed deeply in the use of factor analysis of SPSS. The conclusion is drawn that career commitments of NDS have differences in social regulation, self development and risk aversion. Among these discrepancies, self development is the main factor that affects the satisfactory degree of NDS, and some suggestions are given about these discrepancies.
