摘要
班氏跳小蜂Aenasius bambawalei Hayat是扶桑绵粉蚧的重要寄生性天敌。在实验室条件下,以扶桑绵粉蚧雌成虫为寄主,系统观察了班氏跳小蜂个体发育过程中的形态特征变化及相应的发育历期。结果表明:班氏跳小蜂有过寄生现象;个体发育可分为卵、4个幼虫期、蛹和成虫共4个阶段;在温度27±1℃、相对湿度70±5%、光周期L12∶D12条件下,班氏跳小蜂的生命周期为14.5d,其中卵、1龄幼虫、2龄幼虫、3龄幼虫、4龄幼虫、预蛹和蛹的发育历期分别为1.5d、1d、1d、2d、2.5d、1d和5.5d;卵和幼虫主要通过卵柄与外界进行气体交换直至4龄幼虫后期。
Aenasius bambawalei Hayat is an endoparasitoid of Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley. Under the laboratory conditions of 27 ±1℃, RH 70±5%, photoperiod L12 : D12, the ontogeny of Aenasius bambawalei Hayat on feminine Phenacoccus solenopsis were investigated. The results showed that the wasp has superparasitism, its life history was composed of egg, larva, pupa and adult; the life cycle from egg to adult required about 14.5 d ; the duration of egg stage was 1.5 d, and that of larval stage from the first to the forth instars was 1 d, 1 d, 2 d and 2.5 d, respectively; the duration for prepupal and pupal stages was 1 d and 5.5 d, respectively; The egg and larva used egg stalk to exchange air with outside, which last to the late forth instar.
