摘要
将固定批量的生产组合模型化,采用变长度染色体遗传算法动态优化生产组织。考虑到市场需求的随机性,模型及其优化算法允许企业根据最新的销售信息随时修正预测销量及生产安排,从而最大限度逼近整个销售周期总成本最小的生产组合。
The fixed batch production arrangement is modified and then the dynamic production process is optimized with a changeable chromosome length genetic algorithm.To meet the random market demand,the enterprise can modify the estimated sales and production arrangement according to the latest sales information based on the model,so the production arrangement with the least total cost can be obtained in the whole marketing cycle.
