摘要
建立蒿甲醚胶囊的制备及其质量的研究方法.通过辅料的选择、处方的设计与优化,摸索出了一套最佳处方的蒿甲醚胶囊的制备方法,并依照蒿甲醚的国家质量标准进行质量考察.筛选得出40 mg蒿甲醚,173.3 mg淀粉,26.7 mg糖粉,2.0 mg聚乙二醇(PEG)为最佳配方的蒿甲醚胶囊.所制得的胶囊质量稳定,符合质量标准且其工艺简单,适合工业化生产.
A method was established for the preparation and quality study of artemether capsules. Excipients and optirnzing formulas were selected and the best prescription for the preparation of artemether capsules were detected, and the quality of artemether capsules were inspected by national quality standards of artemether. The best prescription was 40 mg of artemether, 173.3 mg of starch, 26.7 mg of sugar and 2.0 mg of Polyethylene glycol. The prepared capsules possess stable quality and correspond with its Chinese Pharmacopoeia standard. The prescription and preparation of artemether capsules are simple and suitable for industrial production, and the product meet the quality standard.
