摘要
提出马赫-泽德干涉仪测量钢化玻璃的形变,其理论给出了条纹变化量和钢化玻璃形变量之间的关系,此方法可以提高钢化玻璃的检测精度,并给出了理论的模拟结果。
This paper presents a method of measuring the deformation of toughened glass by Mach-Zednder interferometer. Based on the theory, it gives the relationship between fringes variation quantity and tempered glass deformation. This method can improve the accuracy of detection of toughened glass, and at last, it gives the theoretical simulation results.
