摘要
随着精密超精密技术的不断进步,对普通机床进行数控改造已成为一种趋势。在机床磨削功能数控化改造中,砂轮架的设计是改造的重点。本文通过CM6125机床磨削功能数控化改造,探索和实践砂轮架的设计方法。通过算法的选择与计算,降低改造的成本,节约生产过程中电力的消耗。
With the rapid development of precision and super precision technology, the NC transformation to general machine tool has become a trend. In the NC transformation of grinding function, the design of the grinding carriage is the key point. The thesis explores the design method of grinding carriage by means of CM6125 machine tool' s NC transformation, aiming to lower the cost of the reform and save the power consumption during production process via the selection of algorithm.
