摘要
针对目前制罐企业对提升机的使用要求,应用磁铁吸附原理研究开发一种新型罐路提升设备,该设备采用高强度钢丝绳芯链板设计,以及强力磁铁特殊摆放设计,使得提升高度和输送量大为提高,并且运输罐体平稳,使用寿命长。
According to the use requirements of can-making enterprises on hoist, this paper researches and develops a new can hoisting equipment based on the magnetic adsorption theory, which uses the designs of high-intensity steel core chain plate and special place of powerful magnets, making the lifting height and large transport capacity improve greatly, and transportation tank smooth and have long service life.
