摘要
本文通过对我校现有课堂教学质量评价体系的深入研究,并结合教学管理的实践,初步形成具有我校特色的、以学生为主体、以学院和督导组为有效补充的教学质量评价体系,充分发挥学生的主动性作用,通过及时有效的信息反馈机制,稳步提升我校教师的整体教学水平。
Based on thorough research on the existing classroom teaching quality evaluation system in Changchun University, this article, combining with the practice of teaching management, establishes a teaching quality evaluation system with the characteristics of our university, which takes students as the main body, supervision group as the effective supplementary, and gives full play to students'initiative role, Through the timely and effective information feedback mechanism, our teachers'overall teaching level has improved steadily.
