论现代职业素养中的文化品格

On Culture Character of Modern Professional Quality

现代职业教育的一个重要目的是培养学生的现代职业素养，以满足产业结构不断调整、产业形态不断发展的职业需求。为了提升现代职业人的职业素养，应在职业教育中增加文化品格的重要内容。突出“职业文化取向、职业德性追求、职业发展境界、职业创新品质和世界职业情怀”等五大要素，并围绕这五大要素确立民族文化和世界文化并举的推进思路与三类课程互动发展的推进策略，从而在培育学生现代职业素养的过程中有效提升其文化品格。

One of the goals for modern vocational education is to train students＇ modem professional qualities, to satisfy profession needs of continuous adjustment of industry structure and the development of industry forms. To achieve the goal, culture character must be arranged as an important content of vocational education, which emphasizes the five elements of professional culture orientation, professional virtue pursuit, professional development realms, professional innovation quality, as well as world professional sentiment. On the basis of these five elements, we can follow the promotion idea of integration national culture with world culture, and the promotion strategies of mutual development of three kinds of courses, so as to efficiently improve students＂ culture characters in their cultivation of modem professional qualities.
