摘要
高职学生的知识结构和学习方式具有自身的特点,了解隐性知识规律尤其是它与高职学生培养之间的有关规律,对高职教育有着重要的指导作用。重点分析高职教育视野中的隐性知识,提出应通过切实有效的方法及途径,促使学生个体隐性知识的获取及生成。
Higher vocational students' knowledge structure and learning mode has its own characteristics. It has an important guiding role to understand the rules of tacit knowledge, especially the relevant laws between tacit knowledge and higher vocational education. This paper analyzed emphatically from the vision of tacit knowledge, and it put forward that efforts must be taken to inspire students' individual acquisition and production of tacit knowledge.
