摘要
我国候机楼商业服务的管理与营销存在诸多问题,机场候机楼商业服务收入的比例远远低于国外机场,制约着候机楼商业服务的发展。从候机楼商业服务的特点出发,分析其产品在管理和营销方面存在的问题,提出解决这些问题的方法。
There are many problems in domestic airport terminal commercial services in both management and marketing, which lead to much lower revenue ratio than that of foreign airports. The problems restrict the development of airport terminal commercial service industry. This thesis analyses the problems in management and marketing related to the characteristics of the airport terminal commercial services, and propose ways to solve them.
