高职高专学生是否具有健康良好的心理素质是决定就业成功与否的关键，直接影响学生的择业与就业行为。从择业、面试、实习等方面分析了高职高专学生的就业心理，并提出对策建议。
Healthy psychological quality is essential to vocational college students＇ employment success. It directly influences the behavior of students＇ career choice and employment. The essay analyzed the psychological status of vocational college students from the aspects of career choice, interview and practice, and proposed some countermeasures.
