分析了我国物流人才培训现状，指出了物流人才培训市场存在的主要问题，提出了完善物流人才培训市场的相关措施。
The current situation about logistics personnel training certification in our country is analyzed, and the main problems existed in logistics personnel training market are pointed out.Finally, the reform proposals about higher vocational education logistics management professional penaonnel training market are put forward.
